Welcome to Complete Court Inc. (“Complete Court,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing training.completecourt.com or purchasing any product or program, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Products & Services
Complete Court offers the following:
- The Complete Competitor — A free digital guide delivered by email upon opt-in.
- The Complete Court System — A paid 12-week digital coaching program available for $39 USD (one-time payment), delivered digitally upon purchase.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Purchase & Delivery
Your purchase of The Complete Court System is a one-time payment. By completing your purchase, you understand and agree that:
- The full program is delivered digitally immediately after purchase.
- You will receive access to all bonuses and materials as outlined at the time of purchase.
- Prices are subject to change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Customers who pre-ordered before September 13, 2026 keep all founding member benefits promised at the time of their purchase.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products or programs once access has been granted.

6. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your provided payment method. Complete Court does not store your payment card information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Complete Court Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Brooklyn, New York.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
